A woman accused of stabbing her pregnant sister-in-law to death was indicted on charges including murder in court Friday.

The Clark County District Attorney's Office filed an indictment against Elinor Indico, 30, in Clark County District Court.

According to Las Vegas Metro police, Indico was arrested on Oct. 17 after an officer responded to reports of a fight at an apartment in the 2800 block of N. Rancho Drive.

Police said Elinor Indico was living with her brother's family at the apartment and she would often clash with her sister-in-law, Ashley Indico, who was nine months pregnant at the time.

In police documents, Elinor Indico claimed they had gotten into a fight that day and knives were involved. Elinor Indico claimed self-defense in the stabbing. The incident also claimed Ashley Indico's unborn child, police said.

Elinor Indico was booked into Clark County Detention Center. Indico was indicted on charges of murder with a deadly weapon, manslaughter by killing an unborn quick child and child abuse, neglect or endangerment. Her bail was set at $120,000.
