LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The struggling Las Vegas Wranglers have received a reinforcement by way of double-threat player Bryce Reddick.

Reddick, equally comfortable playing forward and defense, was a game-day addition on Saturday, suiting up against the Fort Wayne Komets.

The 24-year-old Winnipeg native opened the season with the Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League. He appeared with the Wranglers in one game in 2012-13 before heading to the Idaho Steelheads where he was good for two goals and four assists in 29 games.

Reddick, 5'10" and 180 pounds, spent four years at Michigan Tech, notching seven goals and three assists for the Huskies. Before college, Reddick tallied 22 goals and 52 assists in 110 games with the British Columbia Hockey League's Cowichan Valley Capitals.

The Wranglers are on the road for five weeks beginning Saturday. They'll return to Orleans Arena on Friday, Dec. 6.
