Medical examiners released the name of an 81-year-old Las Vegas woman who was struck and killed by a vehicle Thursday.
The Clark County Coroner's Office released the cause of death for Bella Pascual as multiple blunt force injuries. Her death was ruled an accident.
According to Las Vegas Metro police, Pascual was crossing a marked crosswalk when she was hit by a 19-year-old driver on Fort Apache Road near Tompkins Avenue just before 6:15 p.m.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police did not say whether the driver would face charges.
Pascual's death represented the 84th traffic-related fatality in Metro's jurisdiction, police said.
