LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Las Vegas Strip shooting suspect Benjamin Frazier was moved from a hospital to Clark County Detention Center on Sunday, Metro police confirmed.

Frazier, 41, is accused of fatally shooting Kenneth Brown, 40, and two employees who survived at Drai's nightclub inside Bally's casino on the morning of Oct. 21.

The shooting was over a disputed $30 cover charge, police said.

Police said Brown died attempting to subdue Frazier. Frazier fell to the ground in the struggle with Brown, hitting his head.

Frazier is due to appear in court on Wednesday.
