Las Vegas is celebrating a new comedy with actors you might have heard of. The cast of Last Vegas – Michael Douglas, Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman, Kevin Kline and Mary Steenburgen – will receive the honorary key to Las Vegas, as well as the Las Vegas Strip on Friday.
Clark County Commissioner Steve Sisolak will proclaim Friday Last Vegas Day.
A red carpet event will take place in front of the Fountains of Bellagio at 3:30 p.m. The cast, along with director Jon Turteltaub, will be presented with the keys and proclamation.
"We have a lot of red carpet events in Las Vegas, but rarely do we have a group of legends like this. Last Vegas has the potential to be one of the greatest Las Vegas movies of all time," Sisolak said.
Shot in Las Vegas and Atlanta, Last Vegas is set to open in theaters on Nov. 1
MORE will attend the red carpet event and have reports beginning at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
