LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Authorities identified the 67-year-old motorcyclist who died after being struck by a suspected drunk driver.

The Clark County Coroner's office identified the victim in a crash in North Las Vegas as Clifford Hartman.

According to North Las Vegas police, the crash happened just before 3:30 a.m. Saturday near Centennial Parkway and Decatur Road.

Officers found Hartman in the roadway.

Police said the death was a result of a crash with a car driven by 46-year-old Ronnie Bondoc.

Officers believed Bondoc was traveling north on Decatur in a Toyota sedan when he struck the back of a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle driven by Hartman, police said.

Police also said it did not appear that Bondoc made any attempt to brake before impact. Police noted the crash may have been alcohol-related.

Bondoc was booked into the Las Vegas City Jail for driving under the influence causing death and failure to obey a traffic control device.
