KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -

Check out the newest members of the Kansas City Zoo.

Two adorable 4-month-old red panda cubs, Ru and Junjie, met the public Thursday. The two boys were born at only 4 ounces, but now they weigh 4 pounds.

Thursday they spent the day exploring their exhibit while their watchful mom was nearby.

The zoo said their agility skills are still being defined as they cling tightly to the tree limbs within the exhibit. They are also now learning to eat solid food.

"Biscuits soaked in apple juice are their favorite," the zoo said.

The public can meet them for themselves at the Kansas City Zoo – they're on display on the Tiger Trail.

People can always see what's happening at the zoo on the Kansas City Zoo Show. It airs every Saturday morning at 10 a.m. on KCTV5.
