LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A heated argument at a Las Vegas apartment complex led to a double shooting that left one person dead, police said in an arrest report.

An arrest report for 20-year-old Rolandis Summers was released the day after police found two people wounded at an apartment in the 200 block of Orland Street, just off Jones Boulevard and U.S. 95, on Tuesday.

In the report, police said Antoine Bronson and Anthony Merritt, residents of the Orland Street apartment, were found wounded there. Merritt died at the scene from a gunshot to the head while Bronson sustained a wound to the leg.

According to the report, a woman identified as Antressa Summers was also inside the apartment when police arrived to reports of gunshots. The woman was identified as Rolandis' mother.

In the report, Antressa Summers and Bronson both initially lied about what happened, with each saying a drug dealer went to the apartment to confront the residents about a drug debt.

Bronson and Antressa Summers later changed their stories. Antressa Summers told police, in the report, she was in a relationship with Merritt and was angry about him seeing other people. Bronson, in the report, said he was upset with Merritt as well over the latter taking his welfare money.

Antressa Summers told police, in the report, they were driving to the apartment to retrieve money for Bronson to give her after he spent the night at her home. While heading to the apartment with Bronson and her young grandson, Antressa Summers, as she stated in the report, went over to her son Rolandis' place to pick him up.

Both Antressa Summers and Bronson went to the apartment and subsequently got into a heated argument with Merritt, police, citing the two, wrote in the report.

Bronson told police, in the report, Rolandis Summers entered the apartment during the argument and opened fire on him and Merritt. Rolandis Summers, in the report, then fled in his mother's vehicle.

After making contact with police, Rolandis Summers turned himself in to police. In the report, he told detectives he was left in the vehicle when both his mother and Bronson went up to the apartment. It wasn't until he heard yelling that he grabbed a revolver and went up to the unit, he told police in the report.

Rolandis Summers said, in the report, it was dark in the apartment and he couldn't tell what was in Merritt's hands when he confronted him. After some exchanged shouting, Rolandis said, in the report, he opened fire at Merritt out of fear. He also said he shot at Bronson who had just come out of a bathroom, the report said.

At the end of the interview, Rolandis Summers said he partially blamed his mother for putting him in the situation.

The 20-year-old was booked into Clark County Detention Center on counts of murder with a deadly weapon, attempted murder with a deadly weapon and burglary with a deadly weapon.
