HENDERSON, NV (FOX5) -

One man is recovering from injuries in a hospital after someone lost control of a minivan at a Henderson bus stop on Tuesday afternoon.

Police said a 21-year-old male driver lost control around 4:15 p.m. at a bus stop located at 2213 Green Valley Pkwy., not far from Sunset Road.

The victim, a man in his 40s, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

There is no word yet on if the driver will face charges. Police do not suspect drugs or alcohol in the crash.
