(RNN) - The 47th Country Music Awards aren't until November, but the big reveal of nominees is finally here.

On Tuesday, Sheryl Crowe and Florida Georgia Line took to Good Morning America to announce the nominees for one of the hottest awards shows in country music.

In a not-so-surprising announcement, Taylor Swift is in the lead with six nominations. T. Swift better watch her back though, because up-and-coming artist Kacey Musgraves has a strong six nominations of her own.

Blake Shelton and his wife, Miranda Lambert, are tied with five nominations each. And Keith Urban and Florida Georgia Line are right behind them with four nominations apiece.

The 2012 CMA Awards saw Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood do Gangnam Style, and Lambert and Shelton made one of the most adorable acceptance speeches ever while taking home five CMAs. Also, there was a moving tribute to the late Andy Griffith.

Paisley and Underwood are co-hosting this year's CMAs for the sixth-consecutive year. The show will dole out awards on Nov. 6 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.

Coldplay releases first song in two years for Hunger Games soundtrack

It may be for a hit soundtrack, but Coldplay is set to make a comeback with the release of its first song in two years, Atlas.

On Sept. 6, the band released the song along with a lyric video that acts as a promo for the upcoming Hunger Games: Catching Fire movie and soundtrack. In a few days, the video received more than 3 million views.

In typical Coldplay fashion, Atlas is smooth, sublime and a bit haunting - a perfect combination for the storyline of Catching Fire (if you haven't read the book, we won't spoil it for you).

Even if the band doesn't make a comeback, we're happy to have some new Coldplay to listen to.

Catching Fire hits theaters Nov. 22.

Feeling down? Mandisa's got your back

Ex-American Idol contestant Mandisa is always good for some encouragement. Her new single, Overcomer, reminds listeners to "stay in the fight ‘til the final round."

And the video features some heavy hitters who have lived out the message in public, personal ways – Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts, ex-Congresswoman Gabby Giffords and ice skater Scott Hamilton.

Roberts had a bone marrow transplant last year after being diagnosed with a rare blood disorder and was remarkably open about her treatment and recovery. She's since returned to the anchor desk.

Giffords survived an assassination attempt and has made incredible strides toward recovery, regaining much of her speech and mobility.

Hamilton, one of skating's greatest and an Olympic gold medalist, beat cancer, a brain tumor and Shwachman-Diamond syndrome.

"We chose each of them because when we thought of who has been an example of an overcomer in a very public battle, it is hard to imagine anyone more appropriate than the amazing people in my video," Mandisa said in a statement. "They have all fought and continue to fight victoriously. I pray that sharing their inspirational stories throughout the video will leave people saying, 'If they can do it, so can I.'"

The official video isn't on YouTube yet, but you can view it at http://abcn.ws/18Od0ex. You can watch the lyric video at: http://bit.ly/17oSX7e.

Taylor's famous friends

A gaggle of glamorous girlfriends joined Taylor Swift on stage during her recent four sold out shows in Los Angeles.

Jennifer Lopez, Cher Lloyd, Tegan and Sara, Ellie Goulding and Sara Bareilles all surprised fans with performances of some of their hits, including Jenny from the Block and Brave, with Swift.

Catch the behind the scenes look on Swift's YouTube page.

Swift tweeted "Sang Jenny From the Block with @JLo tonight at Staples Center. STILL FANGIRLING OUT ABOUT IT."

Apparently the fangirl admiration is mutual. US Weekly reports J. Lo and T. Swift will collaborate on a new song that will appear on Lopez's forthcoming album, due out next year.

We'll keep you posted.

And Finally

Erase everything you thought about rap songs - you haven't seen anything until you see them transformed into Broadway songs.

This past week, Jimmy Fallon and Ariana Grande did just that. If you can get past Jimmy's wig, Grande has some mad talent and the songs are surprisingly nice to listen to.

We also love Grande's accent in the video. A little Zooey Deschanel-esque, anybody?
