LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A man wanted in suspicion of robbing a west Las Vegas resident while posing as a Mormon missionary turned himself into authorities, police said Wednesday.

Robert Estall, 25, was booked into Clark County Detention Center on outstanding warrants. He was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary with a gun, battery to commit robbery, robbery with a deadly weapon, battery with a deadly weapon and two counts of first-degree kidnapping.

Police identified Estall and 28-year-old Abraham Austin as suspects in a June 27 robbery in the area of Buffalo and Flamingo roads.

According to Metro, two men dressed as Mormon missionaries when they visited a resident. The men knocked on the resident's door and asked to speak to him about religion, detectives said.

The victim spoke for about five minutes before he was attacked by the suspects, police said.

The men demanded property from the victim while holding him at gunpoint, according to detectives.

Police announced Austin's arrest on Monday.
