Cameras were rolling just after midnight on Monday, June 17, when a man and a woman, believed to be involved in a Phoenix murder, walked through the door of a Circle K near 75th Avenue and Thomas Road.
The video shows the pair grabbing a couple sodas and leaving the store. Police said the two bumped into 34-year-old Brent Stasilli outside.
"Video shows the suspects interacting with Stasilli, but it doesn't go towards the motive. We have no idea what that is," said Silent Witness Sgt. Darren Burch.
The couple was seen getting into a 2007 blue Impala.
"They drive to the victim's home. We don't know if this was prearranged. They had an argument. The victim began to run back to his house. The suspect got out of his car and went after the victim and shot him dead," said Burch.
The shooter is described as white or Hispanic. He's in his late 20s to mid 30s and between 5'10" and 6' tall. Police said his arms are sleeved with tattoos. He was wearing green scrub pants and a dew rag.
The woman is also described as white or Hispanic. She's wearing glasses and purple scrubs.
