LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Las Vegas police believe a woman accused in a slaying late last year had a man shot over a drug deal.

Clark County Courts released Thursday an arrest declaration for Dawnyell Flynn, who was booked into Clark County Detention Center on Wednesday.

According to the courts, Flynn was arrested on a warrant in the Los Angeles area and extradited to face charges of murder with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit murder.

In the arrest declaration, police say Flynn was the suspect in the shooting death of Patrick Derrick Lowe, 47. Lowe's body was found about 3 a.m. on Nov. 1, 2012 in the 3800 block of Palos Verdes Street, just off Twain Avenue.

A summary of witness statements in the declaration described Flynn and another person, Lawrence Fuller, selling rock cocaine out of an apartment in the neighborhood.

Police learned, in the declaration, that Lowe was purchasing $10 worth of cocaine when he was upset about the amount he was given and demanded his money back.

Witnesses, in the declaration, told police Flynn talked to Lowe outside of the apartment to resolve the situation only for Lowe to become angrier and more aggressive.

Flynn, witnesses said in the declaration, ordered Fuller to kill Lowe. Fuller took Lowe to an adjacent alley and shot him at least four times while the victim was attempting to flee, the declaration described.

The declaration goes on to describe Flynn using the weapon after Fuller returned to the apartment. Witnesses tell police, in the declaration, Flynn shot Lowe once in the back of the head.

The declaration described Lowe had been lying face down and crying out for help before the final gunshot.

Both Flynn and Fuller flee the apartment complex after the shooting, the declaration showed.

A search of the Clark County Detention Center's inmate database showed Lawrence N. Fuller was booked on Nov. 25, 2012 on charges of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
