LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A three-story apartment building in downtown Las Vegas was evacuated after a fire Thursday morning.

Las Vegas Fire and Rescue reported the fire just after 7 a.m. in the 300 block of N. 10th Street, near Stewart Avenue.

LVFR said the fire was on the second floor of the building.

Two people were being treated for injuries at the scene and refused transport to the hospital, officials said. The extent of their injuries was not disclosed.

Crews were able to knock down the fire, fire officials said.
