LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Las Vegas Metro police on March 30 arrested Robert Pearman, 45, of Encino, CA. Pearman, along with several others, is accused of trashing a room at the Encore Las Vegas hotel and casino.

Police said they came to the hotel in response to a call about several intoxicated people having destroyed a hotel room and being belligerent to security.

When they entered the hotel room, police found it in total disarray, according to Pearman's arrest report. Glass debris was strewn about, furniture was overturned and items in the room were damaged.

Some of what was damaged included the carpeting, stone floor, the drapery panel, chairs, pillow shams, lamp shades, a book on Michelangelo, a speaker and a decorative vase.

In total, the damage estimate was $96,270.

When police confronted Pearman, according to the report, he appeared intoxicated and said, "I take full responsibility for what happened here. We were partying. I did all of this. I am responsible for all these people. Let my people go."

Police said Pearman went on to say he is a practicing attorney and would "depose [Encore owner] Steve Wynn and make this place napalm."

Police said Encore management gave Pearman several opportunities to pay for damages but he refused.
