NBA Summer League returns to Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

It's an annual hoops event in Las Vegas, and it keeps getting bigger and better.

The NBA Summer League is back, and features 22 teams, including squads featuring eight of the top 10 selections in the 2013 NBA Draft.

The televised event, set for Friday through July 22 at the Thomas & Mack Center and COX Pavilion, will additionally feature 11 of this season's playoff teams, 10 non-playoff teams and a squad made up of NBA D-League players.

The ninth NBA Summer League in Las Vegas will include a championship game on July 22 and feature the following teams:

  • Chicago Bulls
  • Cleveland Cavaliers
  • Dallas Mavericks
  • Denver Nuggets
  • D-League Select
  • Golden State Warriors
  • L.A. Clippers
  • L.A. Lakers

  • Miami Heat
  • Milwaukee Bucks
  • Minnesota Timberwolves
  • New Orleans Pelicans
  • New York Knicks
  • Phoenix Suns
  • Portland Trail Blazers
  • Sacramento Kings
  • San Antonio Spurs
  • Toronto Raptors
  • Washington Wizards
