NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -
Police arrested the second of two suspects accused of robbing a woman at a drive-up ATM in North Las Vegas.
According to police, tips from the public led to the arrests of 18-year-old Diego Rodriguez on Tuesday and 26-year-old Nestor Rodriguez on Monday.
Police said the two are brothers.
According to NLV police, both men were charged with felony counts of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. The charges were in connection to an incident that took place in the 2400 block of N. Rancho Road on May 5.
Police said two men approached a vehicle with a female driver who was making a cash withdrawal.
The men demanded cash from the victim and fled on foot after the woman complied, police said.
Police said detectives were able to identify the suspects after security video images were made public on Monday.
