LAS VEGAS (FOX5/AP) -

A judge denied a motion involving a Las Vegas stripper accused of driving impaired when her H2 Hummer struck a vehicle, killing a driver.

A motion hearing took place Thursday in Las Vegas Justice Court in the case of Shauna Miller, who was charged with driving under the influence resulting in death March 23.

A judge denied a motion filed by Miller's attorneys attempting to suppress a blood alcohol report as a result of the crash..

Miller, who is being held at Clark County Detention Center on $200,000 bail, is accused of driving impaired in a wreck at Spring Mountain and Wynn roads.

The early morning wreck killed White and injured his 2-year-old son, who was a passenger in White's vehicle.

A Las Vegas Metro police arrest report said officers observed Miller's eyes as glassy and her pupils constricted. They also detected a moderate odor of alcohol, the report said.

When asked what she had been doing before the wreck, Miller, in the report, told police she had been working as a dancer at the Spearmint Rhino strip club from 2 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.

She told officers, in the report, that she had two beers, which she last consumed at about 3 or 4 a.m. She also told police she took a Xanax pill the night before but did not have a prescription for it.

The admission prompted officers to give Miller a field sobriety test, which resulted in failures in two of the test's phases.

The report also said additional investigation at the scene showed White's vehicle was heading straight southbound rather than turning right as Miller stated. Police also reported investigators saw no pre-impact braking from Miller's Hummer, contradicting her claim that she tried to brake to avoid a collision.
