LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The Clark County Coroner's office released the name of a boy who died after, police say, he was run over by two suspects in a vehicle who took off with his iPad.

Marcos Vincente Arenas, 15, died from injuries in the incident on Thursday.

According to Las Vegas Metro police, Arenas was walking down Charleston Boulevard near Torrey Pines Drive about 4 p.m. Thursday with his iPad in hand when a white SUV pulled up next to him.

A male passenger jumped out of the SUV and attempted to grab the iPad from the child, police said.

Investigators said the boy held on to the iPad while the man jumped back into the SUV, still struggling with the device. Police said the victim was run over by the SUV as it pulled away.

Investigators Friday released descriptions of two suspects and a vehicle they said were involved in the incident.

The first suspect was a passenger in the vehicle; he is described as a white male, in his late 20s, about 190 pounds, with short blond hair and a trimmed beard wearing a white tank top and blue jeans.

Police said the second suspect was driving the vehicle; he is described as a black male in his mid 20s with a medium build, sleeve style tattoos on both arms and a fade haircut wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and a long chain with a pendant.

Police said the suspects were in a white 2008 to 2010 model year Ford Explorer or Expedition with no license plates, factory running boards and tinted windows.

If you have any information about those suspects or this crime, you're urged to call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
