PRIMM, NV (FOX5) -

A $360 million jackpot has many in the Las Vegas Valley heading over the state line to buy Powerball tickets in California.

"I have got the winning powerball ticket, baby. Come tomorrow night, I'm going to be hitting my head up and down on the ceiling all the way to the roof," said Herdine Williams, who drove from Las Vegas to buy lotto tickets outside of Primm.

Williams is trying, like hundreds of others from Las Vegas, to get lucky at Powerball, playing the numbers he believes can't lose.

"I played my birthday, my daughter's birthday, I played my mother's birthday, and I played my birth year," Williams told FOX5.

The line might seem long at The Lotto Store just over the California-Nevada state line outside of Primm.

But most coming from southern Nevada said they didn't mind the wait.

The estimated $360 million jackpot is the third largest Powerball jackpot to date and the seventh-largest lottery jackpot ever.

However after taxes, the jackpot will have a cash value closer to $229.2 million.

If Williams wins, he said his family will share his wealth.

"No party, just a reflective moment because I've got poor grandkids," Williams told FOX5.
