LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A popular Las Vegas restaurant temporarily closed for business amid an investigation with the Southern Nevada Health District.

Firefly restaurant located at 3900 Paradise Rd. posted signs of its closure Monday.

SNHD did not say exactly the reason for Firefly's closing. A spokesperson, though, said an inspection report is expected to be released regarding closure.

A person at the restaurant who answered FOX5's phone call to the Firefly location said there were a few issues in the kitchen that led to the closure. That person said the eatery will reopen Tuesday for either lunch or dinner.

FOX5 is awaiting the Southern Nevada Health District's release of the inspection report and will bring details of it as soon as we get it.

Stay tuned to FOX5 for the latest on this developing story.
