LAS VEGAS (FOX5/AP) -
An arraignment was delayed Monday for the suspect in a deadly shooting and resultant wreck on the Strip in Clark County District Court.
A judge pushed back Ammar Harris' appearance in court for May 13.
Harris was slated for an arraignment connected to the deaths of three people on Las Vegas Boulevard back on Feb. 21.
Harris had charges dropped in Las Vegas Justice Court on April 29 after a grand jury indicted the 27-year-old on charges in the shooting.
The Associated Press reported Harris was also indicted in a 2010 case on robbery and felony sex assault charges.
Harris made his first Las Vegas court appearance in connection to the shooting case on April 17, after spending almost two months behind bars in California.
Harris was sought as the prime suspect in the car-to-car shooting that killed Kenneth "Kenny Clutch" Cherry and the subsequent wreck that killed cab driver Michael Boldon and passenger Sandra Sutton-Wasmund.
