The Clark County Coroner's office released the name of a 53-year-old motorcyclist who died in a collision with a vehicle on Saturday.

Mark A. Mizzoni died of multiple blunt force trauma as a result of an accident, the coroner's office said.

Mizzoni was riding a 1996 Harley Davidson Road King northbound on Nellis Boulevard near Linda Avenue about 5:30 p.m., according to Las Vegas Metro police.

About that time, an Acura exiting a private highway was in the path of the motorcycle, resulting in Mizzoni colliding with the vehicle's left side.

The motorcyclist was ejected from the bike and later died at the scene, police said.

The driver of the Acura – Patricia Williams, 56 – was transported to Sunrise Trauma Center with moderate injuries.

According to Metro, this marked the 31st traffic-related fatality in the department's jurisdiction.
