LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Former vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin is scheduled to be in Las Vegas for a fundraiser next month.
The former Alaska governor is slated to be the keynote speaker for the Shareholders in Life Banquet and Silent Auction at the Rio Pavilion Convention Center on April 26.
Palin has recently kept busy with a series of speaking engagements and contributions to media outlets. She left her office in Juneau, Alaska in 2009 and has been a champion for the Tea Party movement ever since.
The event supports the nonprofit Women's Resource Medical Centers of Southern Nevada, which provides complimentary services to women, children and men, who are experiencing pregnancy-related issues.
Tickets and information for the event can be found at www.wrmcsn.org/banquet.html.
