LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Police are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex off Boulder Highway Wednesday.
According to Las Vegas Metro police, officers were called to the 5600 block of Boulder Highway, near Tropicana Avenue, just before 1:30 p.m. on reports of numerous gunshots in the area.
Officers arrived outside the Sportsman's Royal Manor where a person was found on the ground, police said.
The victim was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
Police said a man was seen fleeing the scene on foot shortly after the shooting. Police detained a few people for questioning in the shooting but an arrest has not been made.
