LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
A crash involving a stolen truck caused a spill of chlorine tablets on Desert Inn Road, police said Friday.
Eastbound lanes of Desert Inn, between Valley View Boulevard and Paradise Road, were shut down after the spill at about 6 a.m., according to authorities.
A watch commander with Las Vegas Metro police said a pool supply company was burglarized just before suspects crashed a vehicle into a wall on Desert Inn.
The resultant clean-up lasted for much of the morning commute in the area. Desert Inn was re-opened just after 9 a.m.
Police did not specify how many people were arrested as a result of the crash.
