The second shooting victim in last week's deadly shooting and resultant crash has been identified.

According to shooting suspect Ammar Harris' criminal complaint, Harris is alleged to have shot victim Freddy Walters, for which Harris is charged with attempted murder. The District Attorney's office provided FOX5 the report on Thursday afternoon.

Walters was the passenger in the Maserati driven by victim Ken Cherry, Jr. Cherry was shot before accelerating along Las Vegas Boulevard and striking a cab containing victims Michael Boldon and Sandra Sutton-Wasmund. Cherry was killed as well.

Harris was arrested in Los Angeles at noon on Thursday by officers and FBI agents. Metro police have scheduled a press conference for 4 p.m. on Thursday to discuss Harris' arrest.
