2 shot near Smoke Ranch and Jones

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Metro police confirmed two men were shot near the intersection of Smoke Ranch Road and Jones Boulevard on Wednesday evening.

Police said that at 7:04 p.m., an unknown number of people approached a residence on Cardiff Lane, an altercation occurred and shots were fired.

Both men were taken to University Medical Center for treatment. One victim was shot in the torso, the other in the shoulder.
