A car slammed into the front of a Tempe nail salon late Wednesday afternoon, police said.
A 74-year-old woman stepped on the gas while she was trying to park her car, according to Tempe police spokesman Sgt. Mike Pooley.
The car then accelerated into the front of the store near Broadway and Mill.
A 13-year-old girl was taken to the hospital with some minor injuries as a result of the crash.
