2 killed in wrong-way wreck on U.S. 95 ID'd

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The Clark County Coroner's office identified two drivers who died in a head-on collision on U.S. 95.

Edward Gilbert Ramos, 35, of North Las Vegas, and Andrew Michael Delgado, 44, of Las Vegas, both died as a result of the incident on Feb. 22, the coroner's office said.

According to Nevada Highway Patrol, a man driving a 2008 black Ford pickup was traveling northbound on the southbound 95 and slammed into a white Chevy pickup just before 4 p.m. near Kyle Canyon Road.

Authorities did not identify who was in which vehicle.

    Two cars were involved in a head-on collision on US 95 near Kyle Canyon road, the Nevada Highway patrol confirmed. The crash took place at 3:53 p.m. on Friday. Southbound 95 was closed at the crash site.
