Deputies seek truck driver who dragged minivan, left scene

HANCOCK COUNTY, OH (Toledo News Now) -

The Hancock County Sheriff's Department is searching for a semi truck driver they say hit and dragged a minivan, seriously injuring the driver, and never stopped at the scene.

Deputies say 44-year-old Lori Myers of Arlington was driving a 2007 Chrysler minivan northbound on U.S. 68 in Hancock County when the van was hit by a semi tractor trailer. Myers's van was dragged onto the ramp to S.R. 15 by the truck before it broke free and the truck continued on S.R. 15, the sheriff's office said.

Myers was transported to an area hospital. Her condition has not been released.
