LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
A crossing guard was struck by a vehicle at Flamingo and Cimarron roads, near Roger Bryan Elementary School, before 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Metro police said.
The female guard was taken to Spring Valley Hospital for treatment. While the extent of her injuries is not known, she was conscious when transported.
Police said the driver that struck the guard remained at the scene. The accident is under investigation.
