A London-bound British Airways flight made an emergency landing in Las Vegas late Thursday after reported fumes in the cockpit.

An official with McCarran International Airport said all passengers were taken off the plane that originated in Los Angeles after the on-board emergency at about 10 p.m.

The official said three passengers and four crew members were taken to Desert Springs Hospital. There was no word on why they were taken there or their conditions.

The other passengers and crew were taken to South Point Hotel and Casino to stay overnight.

There was no word on what caused the fumes on board.
