Crash involves Metro officers

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The intersection of Nellis Boulevard and Carey Avenue was closed Wednesday due to a crash involving Metro officers.

Metro said three officers were transported to a hospital for observation. All injuries appear to be minor. The accident occurred around 4 p.m.

Police said the three officers were responding to a burglary when they collided with a car in the intersection. The other person involved in the accident was not injured.
