4 indicted in deadly apartment shooting

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A grand jury on Wednesday indicted four people for a shooting on Jan. 8 that left two people dead and one injured.

Brandon Range, 24; Maurice Sims, 23; Sasha Williams, 21; and Da Ron Morris, 29, were indicted for a long list of charges, including battery with a deadly weapon, burglary, robbery and murder with a deadly weapon.

Police said that before 8 p.m. on Jan. 8, the suspects allegedly entered an apartment at Harbor Island on East Harmon Avenue near the Strip, possibly demanding money or property from the residents.

The surviving victim made his way to the leasing office to report the crime. He was treated at Sunrise Medical Center. When police arrived, they found two bodies in the apartment.
