5 forced from home after North Las Vegas fire

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A fire early Tuesday forced a family of five from a home in North Las Vegas.

North Las Vegas fire reported the blaze near Cheyenne and Civic Center avenues about 1:30 a.m.

Fire officials did not immediately disclose the cause of the fire. NLV fire said the damage was mostly from water.

There were no injuries reported.

The American Red Cross of Southern Nevada said it is assisting the family with fire relief.
