West Vegas house blaze pointed at squatters

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Investigators believe squatters at a vacant home may have started an overnight fire in west Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Fire and Rescue reported the blaze near Sahara Avenue and Valley View Boulevard at 2:07 a.m. Thursday.

There were no injuries as a result of the incident.

Investigators said the fire started at the back door of the residence.

The exact cause of the fire is under investigation.
