Nevada lawmakers in Washington reacted Wednesday to the U.S. Postal Service's move to halt Saturday mail delivery.
Rep. Dina Titus, D-NV, released the following statement:
"Ending Saturday mail delivery will take away the Postal Service's most important competitive advantage. This is not a sustainable solution to its current financial situation, and will likely drive many customers away. I urge the Postal Service to reconsider this plan, and work with Congress to find a more viable, long-term solution."
