71-year-old charged with prostitution

GLASTONBURY, CT (WFSB) -

A Westport woman was arrested in a Glastonbury hotel Friday after police said she posted an ad on Backpage promoting herself in the escorts section of the website.

Police said Sygun Liebhart, 71, was arrested at the Homewood Suites after police obtained her room number and a deal for sexual acts was arranged.

She was charged with prostitution and was released on $500 bond.
