A California man arrested in Las Vegas for a deadly shooting outside of a Los Angeles night club waived his rights to extradition.
Clark County Justice Court said Robert Earl Thomas III had his extradition rights read during a preliminary hearing in court Tuesday.
According to Justice Court, authorities in California have 30 days to transfer Thomas.
Thomas was wanted for a shooting outside Empire nightclub in Hollywood earlier this month.
According to TMZ.com, a photographer recorded a gunman shooting at least two people, one of them fatally.
The TMZ report said police received tips from a number of people who saw the incident. Thomas was captured without incident while hiding at a friend's residence in Las Vegas, TMZ reported.
