Denis Berarie explores meaning of life, independent thinking in new book
SURREY, United Kingdom (PRWEB) January 21, 2013
The meaning of life speaks many languages.
Seychelles-born practicing nurse Denis Berarie moved to the United Kingdom when he was 20, an impressionable time in anyone’s life. Carrying with him his original culture as he continued into adulthood in a new country, Berarie developed a unique perspective on life, society and religion.
In his new children’s book, “The Little Soul and His Friend,” Berarie takes a close look at the human condition and encourages independence and open-minded thinking.
“I love helping people,” Berarie says. “But I especially want to show people how to help themselves, independence is important.”
“The Little Soul and His Friend” explores such topics as the relationship between humanity and religion, the concept of souls and the afterlife, and the idea that life is created through choices.
Through the book, Berarie has one ultimate goal: to remind readers, children and adults alike, to take charge of their own lives, make powerful choices and to not be afraid to ask questions.
“My book will hopefully change lives for the better,” Berarie says. “My ultimate goal is to bring peace to people’s lives.”
