LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The visuals inside the Hard Rock Hotel for the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo could be a little overwhelming to the average American.

What's overheard might make you blush, such as, "I always let people if they're really nice touch my big booty, and that's what it's all about," said adult actress Alexis Texas.

But all of it is just another event we call normal in Las Vegas.

A combined 30,000 people will attend the convention and AVN Awards Show, generating an estimated $38 million in non-gaming revenue for Las Vegas.

"Every year I come, I get more knowledge on this (industry)," said Las Vegas resident Mario Gomez.

Gomez has attended the AVN Expo for seven straight years. "I get more background, I get to know how the industry works on the inside," he said.

"It's really amazing to see the fans that were with me for my first year and are now back for my ninth year," said adult actress Teagan Presley.

Issues in the industry are more than skin deep, however.

Measure B, otherwise known as the condom law being battled in Los Angeles County, could quickly move porn producers like Adam & Eve to Las Vegas.

"Once the state of Nevada passes a law that we can shoot here, we will shoot here," said Adam & Eve director Jeremy.

Other companies many not be so quick to relocate to the valley.

"There are other counties in California that are a lot closer than Las Vegas," said Joanna Angel, owner of Burning Angel Entertainment.

Measure B is a big concern for Angel, but she believes online piracy is still the no. 1 issue in the industry.
