Tickets for 'UNLVino' event on sale

Tickets are on sale for the annual beverage tasting weekend that raises money for UNLV's College of Hotel Administration.

UNLVino will stretch over four days this year to add a barbecue on its concluding day, organizers said.

The event on April 18-21 showcases a variety of international beverages in four separate events. Proceeds raise money for students at the school's William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration.

A passport package that allows access to all four tasting events costs $350, a savings of more than $100, organizers said.

The 39th annual event includes the following events:

• Bubble-Licious at The Venetian on April 18;
• Sake Fever at The Mirage on April 19;
• Grand Tasting at Paris Las Vegas on April 20
• Bar-b-q at Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health on April 21.
