Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant has opened in downtown Delray Beach. The restaurant is located at 116 NE 6th Avenue, in the historic home formerly occupied by The Falcon House. Ceviche, founded in 1997, is well established in the Florida market with six locations. It is a family owned and operated eatery.

Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant has officially opened in downtown Delray Beach. The restaurant is located at 116 NE 6th Avenue, in the historic home formerly occupied by The Falcon House. The restaurant will serve dinner 5PM – Late Night, Tuesday – Saturday. Ceviche is a popular, Spanish tapas restaurant with five other locations statewide. They have earned many prestigious awards including “Top Ten Restaurants in Tampa Bay” by USA Today and “Best New Restaurant” by Florida Trend Magazine. They maintain a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence and Zagat Very Good to Excellent rating.

Ceviche will add approximately 130 seats to the downtown Delray scene. The restaurant consists of a lively bar and dining room and relaxed wrap-around outdoor patio. The menu consists of over 75 authentic Spanish small plates, better known as tapas. Guests typically order two or three per person and the shared aspect makes for a very social dining experience. All items are made in house using the freshest meats and seafood, as well as many ingredients imported directly from Spain. Reservations are accepted for parties of six or more. Ceviche’s craft cocktail and wine selection is highlighted by their award-winning housemade sangria, which is made tableside.
