Superintendent Dwight Jones is slated to deliver remarks on the state of the Clark County School District on Monday.
According to CCSD, Jones' focus of the speech will be on progress towards improving educational goals for the district.
Student achievement, along with a new transparency website called "Open Portal", will be highlighted, according to the district.
As of late, CCSD has had to deal with remedying classroom overcrowding while operating with an ongoing budget shortfall.
The address is scheduled for Monday at 10 a.m. at Western High School in a non-public event.
