LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman will deliver her second "State of the City" address at City Hall on Thursday evening.
The speech is expected to highlight several accomplishments of the last year, including the opening's of the new City Hall building and the Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
Goodman will also lay out her vision for the coming year.
The speech begins at 5 p.m. FOX5 will take you live to City Hall for the speech and you can see highlights on FOX5 News at 10 and 11.
