LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Police said at least three people were being sought following a shooting that left two others dead east of the Las Vegas Strip.
According to Las Vegas Metro police, the shooting stemmed from a confrontation at the Harbor Island apartment complex on E. Harmon Avenue near Paradise Road about 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said they responded to a call from a man who had been shot in the thigh and made it to the front office to get help. He is recovering at Sunrise Trauma Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers located two bodies inside of an apartment. Capt. Chris Jones said both individuals were shot. He could not indicate what the exact circumstances were leading up to their slayings; however, police believe the incident may be a result of a dispute over property or money.
Police said three men suspected in the incident were wearing black clothing.
"We do not know the relationship, but we do know that they know each other," said Jones.
