LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
A pedestrian was taken to an area hospital after being struck by a vehicle in west Las Vegas, police said.
Las Vegas Metro police reported the collision about 11 a.m. Thursday near Spring Mountain and Wynn roads.
Police did not specify what led to the incident.
The female victim was taken to a local medical center with apparent non-life threatening injuries, police said.
There were no immediate reports of lane closures in the area following the collision.
