Police: Missing endangered adult returned safely

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Las Vegas Metro police said Gregory Mortensen, a man missing since Wednesday, has since returned to his home.

Police said the man was returned to his residence Thursday morning by a stranger. Mortensen had no apparent injuries or medical complications, police said.

Mortensen was last seen near Mountain Vista Street and Desert Inn Road on Wednesday.

Police said he walks with a limp and may have needed medical attention.
