Pedestrian struck, killed in Henderson ID'd

HENDERSON, NV (FOX5) -

Authorities released the name of a 61-year-old man who died after being struck by a vehicle in Henderson.

Olen Davis died from multiple blunt force injuries as a result of the Dec. 26 accident, the Clark County Coroner's office said.

According to Nevada Highway Patrol, Davis was crossing Sunset Road near Marks Street about 6:30 p.m. when he was struck.

Troopers said the pedestrian was crossing the roadway outside of a crosswalk.
